Is ordering an order free or paid?
Yes, making orders is absolutely free at the moment, but if I get a chance to make them paid, it will happen someday.
How long are you working on layouts?
If I don't have to work on a new theme and do use any of my premades, it may take only 2-3 days. But if I decide to start building a new theme from the beginning, it might take more than 1 week. But as I usually use my own premades, you don't have to wait for too long.
How do I find out what is the status of my order?
Since January 2022, you can no longer watch the order progress I had before. But don't worry, I do not forget about your orders and work on every one of them. Anyway, if I work on your order more than one week, you can contact me and ask what's going on.
How do I view your portfolio?
You can find all the layouts I have made on the page “Portfolio”. You can view a screenshot of any site and see how it calls.
Should my site be only in English to make an order?
No, I accept sites in any languages, but if it’s not in English or Russian, you must provide me with content (welcome message, site slogan, disclaimer, etc.)
Can I change something in your layout when I get it?
Yes, of course, you can make any changes in a layout that I make for you because you have all the rights to this one. The only claim of mine is, do not remove the line “Design by Estrela Design”, or give credits to me.
What types of photos do you accept?
I accept any kind of HQ and UHQ photos except candid and on set photos. But remember that I also do not accept photos that have a less width and a less height than 1500px, and the more HQ and UHQ photos you send, the better result you will get. If you send me MQ or LQ photos, I will either reject your order or ask you to send me HQ or UHQ photos. Also, I DO NOT accept Instagram photos as their quality is not always good.
Can I make an order after I have already ordered something on your site?
Yes, of course you can. It does not matter how many orders you have ordered here – I will accept your orders anyway if it does not violate the rules that you can read on the page “Rules”.
Do you have PSD files you used for my theme?
Yes, I keep all PSD files for your site for about 1 week or until the next order. I delete them to save space on my computer. So, if you want to change something, you have a very limited time.
Are you accepting orders now?
You can check if I'm currently accepting orders by checking the icon on the top of the header. If you see a green icon with "Orders are Accepting," you can send your order. If you see "Orders are Not Accepting" on the red icon, I'm not currently accepting anything. But if you see "Orders Are Accepting By Your Request," you should contact me to ask to send you a form to fill.
